Rare: The center of the steak will be raw but warm throughout. Customers may order their rare steaks with a cold center if preferred. Medium Rare: The steak will have a bright red center and will be warm throughout. Customers may order their medium-rare steaks with a cool center if preferred. Medium: The steak will be an even pink and hot throughout. Medium Well: The steak will have a tinge of pink (very light) and will be hot throughout. Well: The steak will have no pink and will be hot throughout.
